Use
☽ Commissioners are NOT allowed to resell any purchased commissions from me. Commissioners own the rights to the character/concepts, but not the piece of art they commissioned.
☽ Commissioners are not allowed to otherwise edit the image without my expressed permission.
☽ Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens. Use of artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
☽ Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive right and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advancePayment
☽ Full payment is required upfront before work begins.
☽ Commissioners are allowed up to two rounds of corrections on a sketch. Every additional edit after the first two will start at an additional charge of 10% of the total commission price, and graduates from there depending on the complexity of the edit. At this point, there will also be no refunds (barring extenuating circumstances). This also applies to adjustments to a completed piece. Free edits are allowed up to 3 days after the piece is completed, otherwise, the same additional charges will be applied.
☽ I take payment through Paypal only & use USD. I’ll send an invoice with details.
☽ Refunds are taken on a case-by-case basis. In case of unexpected emergency, I allow refunds as long as the commission has not been started.Ect.
☽ I can refuse a commission for any reason.
☽ Expect a 2-3 week turnaround on a completed piece at most.
☽ Be specific. Send me references and screenshots, tell me what sort of expression and pose you were thinking, and anything you have in mind ahead of time, let me know.
☽ Requested dynamic poses without reference will cost extra based on how complex the pose is.
☽ I reserve the right to post all commissioned art unless specifically asked otherwise.Terms and conditions are subject to change.
